Moodboard Photography: Creatively Commercial
At moodboard we pride ourselves on the high production values at the heart of our collections and are always on the look out for like-minded, talented photographers and illustrators to work with us. Experience is great, but commitment and talent are more important.
As is an eye for the commercial. We believe our clients deserve choice without being overburdened. So, we are only looking for the best. Our photographer agreement establishes a non-exclusive relationship between us and you. However, accepted images are represented on an exclusive basis for the term of the agreement.

Lo-res submission methods and guidelines
There are a number of ways to show us your work. We require you complete at least one of these in order to consider you application.
- Send us you website URL or link to a web gallery – see the website field in the following application form.
- Email us some sample jpegs to talent@moodboard.com
When sending examples by email, please attach 10-20 tightly edited jpg images showing a cross section of your work. Please limit the size of each file to 600pixels (longest side) @ 72dpi.
Model and Property releases
Your work will only be accepted if it is supplied with all model and property releases, required for the images to be licensed commercially. If you are unsure whether any of your pictures require releases, please contact us for advice.
Final file requirements
We accept files in either uncompressed, uninterpolated TIF or RAW format. Click here to see our Camera guidelines and a list of cameras, we believe are currently capable of producing the required quality.
All images will go through our in-house retouching and QA processes. If you would prefer to provide final, retouched files, they should be no smaller than 30Mb (24 bit RGB), uninterpolated and uncompressed TIF files at 300ppi. They should be free from dust, excessive noise, artifacting, colour-fringing, posterization, banding or any other flaws. Files will be uploaded in the supplied colour space.

Sorry, but due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we may not respond if we feel your work is not a good fit with ours.
Sell and earn
Just register to be a moodboard e-tailer to receive your own personal code that you can pass on anyone who buys images. When they use your code, they get a discount and you start to earn.
